Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Louisville, KY)

Greenridge Hollow Arts Center is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
