Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Beacon Early Learning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
