Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Louisville, KY)

Lumen Granite Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment.
