Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Little Rock, AR)

Bluepeak Wilder Early Learning runs childcare centres in Little Rock caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
