Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook Timber Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Little Rock area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Families are partners. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
