Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ivory Civic Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
