Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Las Vegas, NV)

Ironwood Pike Property Management looks after rental homes across the Las Vegas area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
