Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Kestrel Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
