Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Las Vegas, NV)

Ironwood West Arts Center Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
