Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Orchard Care Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
