Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Knoxville, TN)

Bright Bridge Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Knoxville working with agencies and riders, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 579 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
