Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ember Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
