Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Knoxville, TN)

Summit Fern Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Knoxville with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
