Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Thistle Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on student accounts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
