Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Jacksonville, FL)

Silverline Bridge Arts Center is an arts centre in Jacksonville with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 514 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
