Silverline Summit Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 949 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
