Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Glen Civic Services Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on permits for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
