Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Jacksonville, FL)

Cedar Lakeside Care Services supports families and individuals in Jacksonville with personal care and coordination, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on client records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
