Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Jacksonville, FL)

Bright Maple Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
