Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge Hollow Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Jackson presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
