Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Indianapolis, IN)

Cedar Fox Property Management looks after rental homes across the Indianapolis area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on maintenance requests for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
