Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Indianapolis, IN)

Lumen Summit Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
