Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Indianapolis, IN)

Silverline Kestrel Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Indianapolis, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
