Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearpath Mill Arts Center is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with exhibitions.
