Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Indianapolis, IN)

Bluepeak Birch Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Indianapolis working with agencies and riders, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
