Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Houston, TX)

Highbridge Granite Housing manages affordable housing communities across Houston, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people based in Houston. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on rent assistance for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
