Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Houston, TX)

Ironwood Linden Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Houston. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 958 people based in Houston. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
