Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Sparrow Arts Center Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
