Stonegate Loom Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
