Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Houston, TX)

Redstone Summit Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Houston, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 721 people based in Houston. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
