Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Haven Early Learning runs childcare centres in Honolulu caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
