What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on maintenance stores for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
