Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Honolulu, HI)

Silverline Loom Property Management looks after rental homes across the Honolulu area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on resident events for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
