Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Honolulu, HI)

Harborlight Mill Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Honolulu with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
