Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Honolulu, HI)

Summit Linden Arts Center is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
