Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Loom Property Management Group is a Honolulu property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Prepare reports on maintenance requests for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
