Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Property Management Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on lease renewals for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
