Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Hartford, CT)

Silverline Mill Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Hartford design routes and schedules, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
