Fernwood Orchard Transit Planning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
