Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Hartford, CT)

Amberfield Keystone Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Hartford, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
