Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Sable Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on benefits enrolment for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
