Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Hartford, CT)

Bluepeak Ember Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Hartford, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on rent assistance for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
