Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Hartford, CT)

Bright Fox Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Hartford, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 170 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on student accounts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
