Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Hartford, CT)

Ironwood Sparrow Transit Planning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
