Highbridge Meridian Care Services is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
