Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Forge Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
