Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Fresno, CA)

Summit Union Arts Center is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
