Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Mill Arts Center and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
