Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Fresno, CA)

Lumen Vale Housing manages affordable housing communities across Fresno, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
