Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Sparrow Arts Center Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
